This is the only thing that has helped my adhd movement wiggles and hyper adrenaline feeling. It is great for mood swings, it is very relaxing too. If you smoke a lot though, you start to trip a bit, but in a good way, and it makes me very sleepy if I smoke a lot at night. Anxiety is usually gone with this, and it oddly enough was when i started remembering things from my past. It kind of opened my mind up that I have issues dealing with and confronting. This is amazing. Very chill relaxed feeling. ZEN!
