First and foremost, if you are one that enjoys heavy indicas, Careful not to smoke White Buffalo too quickly at the start. I imagine it that many of these reviews are written by people who have had lots of experience with the spectrum of various highs you get from hybrids and clear sativas. I am a heavy indica user and rely on indicas for the body high and the sleepiness. For those like me - just a heads up - the type of high this gives you might throw you off a bit if you smoke it too fast at first. It will make your head feel like a bowling ball for several minutes (I am sorry, this is the best way I can describe it.)
Second, please stop saying this strain is "good for first time users." It is not. At the CBCB in Berkeley, this is currently testing at 28.47% (up those stats, Seedsbay!). This is a THC level that is NOT good for first time users on regular sized hits. Those new to pot could really have a terrible experience taking this at first!
Once the I got used to the high, I enjoyed this strain IMMENSELY. I take it when I get home from work at around five and still need to be awake for another good five hours to do house stuff or be sociable with the hubby. White Buffalo allows the me to remain physically alert, but also relaxed. Mentally speaking, this strain is good for killing those pesky anxiety circles. It has the physical effects of an indica but without impending exhaustion, and the psychoactive properties of a sativa but without feeling "all over the place."
For experienced users, 5 stars. For heavy indica users, 4. Average joe, you might get a headache. New users, WAIT.
