I found this flower quite helpful with IBS. It doesn't prevent flareups, but the few that I have had ( they have been much less frequent before trying MMJ) they weren't as bad as they used to be. I try to mix a little of this in whatever other strains I use.

Beautiful big sticky nugs, gives a nice relaxed feeling and helps with pain. I like to mix it in with a bowl of something with a little higher Thc to get the benefits of both the thc and cbd. Highly recommend.
