I don't smoke it, it is an edible I guess but in a little tub like lip gloss. I cannot figure out how to dose it as one time I felt so sleepy after I took it I felt like I shouldn't drive.

From looking at genetic reports R4 also known as Charlotte's Web is really a Hardly-Tsu cross. It really is a nice CBD strain.
