According to Seedsbay.com’s description, Mazar-I-Sharif produces "very potent physical relaxation". I would certainly say that this is the case with this strain. I found it to be intoxicating and sedating. It definitely has that gentle stony-ness often associated with Afghan genetics without a strong head effect. All in all I found this strain very enjoyable .

Extremely heavy indica! For the first time I am what others have said, but never truly experienced this Couch-Lock! Even typing these keys feel odd to me. Its a strain thats hard to get. The last I ever seen this was 4 years ago and it was only dust since it was a showcase strain. I find mazar to be a very different body high altogether, a lot of my family has said it feels like you're drunk. I also notice purple outlines on everything if I take more than just a few vaped puffs, I've never seen this strain at 20% the most I have seen it since then was 12% so 20% is a huge jump, and it is relaxing on a whole other level! The smell is just like tea, and rooibos root it's a great blend, the effect mega couch lock and I was solidly numb from head to toe the relaxing effect was sutble, but caught on quickly the ending effect was short and simple, at one moment I was high the other moment I wasn't pleasant effects all around. This tastes of: hmm smooth herbal and absolutely sage like very lovely. Bud structure: is like half the side of my fist got at 1/8th moss dark green leafs and bushy and fat no foxtails the caylaxys look white velvet and purple very sticky n nice, I recommend this for people who suffer from phantom limb pain, spinal chord injury, muscle spasms, adhd and not to mention glaucoma.

Great pain med has the flavor of great cigar draws real mild with a nice piney background. It is a hard hitter relaxes you without turning into a couch potato, I actually went out to garage and worked on a wood project pain free. Slept great after. Best all around pain med I have found in years.

my first review,so cant quite figure how to do the 1 thru 5 ratings in effects section.....I have been familiar with this strain since early 80s in northern ca--REAL northern ca. emerald triangle--and have seen some EXTREMELY talented growers/breeders improve upon it over the years while staying true to the origins which probably go back thousands of years in the hands of master hashmakers..it may not be in rap songs or on cover of high times but it IS THE REAL DEAL.

WOW!!!! Tried this strain in Barcelona at a cannabis club and my mind was BLOWN!!! For starters the nugs are glorious;dense, sticky as can be, balanced. I smoked two joints of this and went to the F.c Barcelona game with my friend. Lets just say that 2 hours went by and we had no idea!!!!! This is unlike any cannabis i've ever had. The NARCOTIC EFFECTS are off the charts and make you feel as if you maybe took something a little stronger than just "weed". I really hope i can find this strain again as i have not seen it in the states ever. AMAZING!

Tried from a dispensary in downtown Denver. The high was extremely psychedelic and spiritual in nature however; so much so that I would not recommend consuming in a crowded public setting or driving as the overwhelmingness of this bud can quickly lead to paranoia. Somehow this powerful hybrid manages to retain the "more real than real" euphoria and relaxation of an Indica and the anxiousness of a low CBD Sativa: a very unique and almost paradoxical combination. The high started with energy,euphoria, and relaxation combined with extremely disrupted time perception via changes in short term memory processing (time was not slowed down but when I spoke the memory of the sound of my voice lingered for an extended period of time- this lasted about an hour, and then the high changed into an almost narcotic and Sativa mix, which lasted around 3 hours. I have to say that this high was highly unusual. I would highly recommend despite the underlying paranoia because the euphoric perceptions that I experienced were so amazing and unique that it was well worth the paranoia.

As a "later in life" stoner (I got interested in weed at 34) This was my first favorite strain. Very calming but uplifting, this was my favorite thing to smoke after a shitty day at work. Also loved it for the weekends, when I just wanted something that I could just puff here and there - all day long. I think this would be a great starting point for those afraid of a "paranoia" effect, or those who just want a night of self care. ( Self care being eating and sleeping and watching the shittiest documentaries on Netflix).

One of, if not, the most potent strains found on this planet. The medicinal qualities of this tasty strain waft of hashish and a semi-sweet, mild, but very pleasant, herbaceous fragrance. The medicinal qualities paralyze the body with a narcotic, THC cloud pillow—losing the majority of nociception from my neck down through my toes—while forgetting that I even had a body! This strain's effect upon my consciousness was more akin to an LSD trip, in that upon closing my eyes (which I had no clue they were closed for the two day trip I experienced in an hour) fractal, three-dimensional shapes unfolding and superimposing upon each other. Meanwhile, real-life cinematic scenes projected "in front" of me, yet I could shape and create them at will; like a lucid dream. The euphoria and creativity the expanded from these percepts were followed by an expansiveness of being and perspicacity; proceeded by a short, transient state of arousal, eventually blurring back into the former. Though, obviously LSD is much stronger, however, from my seasoned experience, I have not come across a strain like this. I'm going to attempt to describe it as mix of oxytocin and a mild LSD trip. Beautiful and spacious. If you are lucky enough to find this, get it! no true negatives; only if you overindulge, you experience a relatively mild feeling of anxiousness and/or an infinitesimal degree of paranoia. NOTE: not for beginners or intermediates. Physical effects: 9/10; Mental/cerebral effects: 9.5/10 A shout out to #OM OF MEDICINE, Ann Arbor, MI, for their exceptional quality of medicine and their unprecedented quality of service—you feel more like a friend than a customer there; and the atmosphere and place is just so serene and comfortable; feel like I could chill there all day.
