Strain: Good Medicine (Green Crack / Tres Dwag / Harlequin cross -- CBD rich Hybrid) THC: 7.37% CBD: 9.50% Grower: Kool Kush Farms Location found: KaLeafa Date purchased: 3.29.16 Price: $7.00/g Weight: 1.2g Method of Consumption: Herb Iron and small bong Smell: A Green Crack berry smell that is not overpowering but very pleasant. A lavender/ flowery smell is detected too. It is a unique spread of smells brought together as both the THC and CBD worlds are melded back together. Look: For a CBD strain, it is fairly pretty. Darker green nugs, machine trimmed(?) and darker orange hairs. Taste: Depends on what you are comparing it to. Compared to a resin coated SourD strain, not so great. As CBD strains go it is one of the better flavors out there I have found for flavor -- which for going on five months old, not too shabby; shame shame KaLeafa, you are better than this! The bud has an earthy berry flavor with a little “harshness” that I associate with the less tasty but wonderful medicinal strains full of CBD’s. Recommendation for medicine: I like the 20%+CBD of Charlotte’s Web, but the near 10% of this Good Medicine is adequate for me. I love CBD’s. It was what I was searching for most of the time I pounded too much THC into my system throughout the years. I have found that my general feeling of wellness is better for a day or so after smoking CBD rich strains. I feel a difference when I do not consume about a gram or two a week. I like to consume about a .3g about every 24-36 hours. I would not recommend mixing heavy THC strains with it directly. I use it for the day or towards the end of smoking THC strains but not too close to bed. Some CBD strains get my mind too focused and moving to sleep. It reduces some consumption of the tasty, fun strains too. This strain removes most of the pain from my body (not extensive); the balanced THC to CBD is grand. It is getting me high but not overwhelmed. My recommendation if you are new to CBD strains is try a variety of types (high CBD to THC ratios, equals and in between). Consume once a day for a week. I notice my feeling of wellness will drop a little daily until I get a rich CBD strain back into my system. This is all just me and my experiences mind you. These CBD strains are not going to smell as good, taste as good but I really believe most could benefit from this amazing compound of the cannabis plant.

As a 100% disabled combat vet with PTSD, I LOVE this strain. It is difficult to find a strain that can relieve some of the anxiety and hyper-vigilance, encourage relaxation, while allowing me to get things done. The higher the THC level, especially in Sativas, the worse the anxiety for me. This strain has a much lower THC level with a high amount of CBD which accomplishes my goals mentioned above. This is my staple strain. I can consume it during the day and still get done what I need to get done. I couple this strain with a nice Indica at night so I can sleep. I recommend it highly to my veteran brothers and sisters with both the visible and invisible wounds of war. HOPE4PTSDVETS.ORG
