Grabbed this a few times from HGC Vista... supposedly grow by the Cookies Fam... definitely some of the best sun grown I've seen in a while. Nice purple buds with sparse orange hairs on chunky sativa hybrid lookin buds. Smell at first is pure tangie but the cherry came out when breaking up. Taste was tangerine and skunk on the inhale, cherries and funk on the exhale and the lingering aftertaste. My favorite way to medicate with this was a nice clean bong... especially with a bit of home made rosin as a topper(.25 bowl with the rosin from a .5 on top gave me the tastiest few rips I've had in a long while). Stone was mostly euphoric to me with some body towards the comedown... potency was good but not up there with the likes of OG or GG4. Awesome for alone time with wifey if you catch my drift. All in all a solid strain and definitely something I'd like to keep around for flavor alone.

I got this strain from PALS Collective in Bishop, Ca. and let me tell you... never have I had such a tasty strain. Some may call it cherry or fruity, but it's 100% Grapefruit. It's a very purple bud to the core and chock full of orange calyxes and frosty trichromes. It's beautiful to look at, smell, but treats you even better. An Indica dominant strain, this will make you smile and lose track of time and pain while lifting your body into euphoria. I'm glad this strain is gaining popularity, it deserves to be a legendary strain.

Love at first toke! Obtained a gram of this; Canna Organix product in Washington state. Dark purple foliage with deep green and orange hairs mixed in. Strong fruit aroma as soon as I cracked the bag. Reminds me of the smell of fruit punch with too much sugar. Tastes very similar... makes me think of what tropical weed should taste like. This is easily one of my top 5 strains of all time. The effect is very strong indica. Like a pleasure bomb was dropped in your chest and the euphoria spreads to all limbs slowly. Quite smooth and enjoyable. Given the amazing flavor, and the powerful effects, this one is a no-brainer. If you find it, buy it. Simple as that!

Wow. This was my reaction to seeing the Forbidden Fruit for the first time. This strain has a very nice citrus cherry flavor and scent. It has a beautiful green color with lots of purple throughout the bud, golden orange hairs, and shimmers with beautiful trichomes. Forbidden Fruit is definitely a crowd pleaser. Be warned, this strain, if grown and stored properly, will knock you on your ass. If you’re planning on doing anything other than laying on the couch, watching tv, and munching out for the next few hours, you may want to wait until you aren’t busy. A few tokes of this strain will put you in a state of mental and physical relaxation as well as an overall feeling of delightfulness.

(Smoking review, not vaporizing) My first impression of this truly Forbidden Fruit was truly exhilarating; THE SMELL: I opened the bag ever so slightly and my roommate (across the two bedroom apartment with her door closed) came out to smell the Fruit; she could smell it through my closed door and hers across the house (and it is easily the BEST SMELLING STRAIN). {Hints of Passion Fruit, Mango and Cherry- the nuggs smell like a rich citrus smoothie with some earthy/foresty undertones } - I'm not sure if "The Cannabis Method" delivery service here in Los Angeles just has some of the best smelling prescriptions, but the smell is truly holy. THE INITIAL FEELING: After my first hit from a clean bowl, it took about 2 Minutes and 30 Seconds (yes, I timed it) until the head high was effective (and I smoke everyday so my tolerance is a bit HIGHer than usual - hah). I have been looking for a strain that eliminates the feeling of chronic depression, anxiety and stress; Forbidden fruit does just that almost instantaneously. I found myself giggling at absolutely nothing in the physical world, just the thoughts I was having. About 5 minutes and 5 hits in, I found myself wanting to draw or paint and sing my heart out, and I was being VERY goofy (making silly faces and sounds/ telling funny stories) to my roommate and friends that had come over. 10 minutes later I was sunken in the couch, immersed into Skyrim for the next two hours. THE AFTERMATH: I awoke the next day feeling well rested and ready for the day, almost care and worry free. Also, I did not experience dry eyes or cotton mouth; that's a first! CONCLUSION: I absolutely love this strain and it will continue of be one of the best in my opinion.
