this I vape. that's just how its sold here. and it is my magic for getting to sleep. lets my mind wonder a bit without any paranoia. i do 3 tokes, not hard hitting pulls, and i'm good. waiting about a min or 2 between tokes just to feel it sneek up on me. 10 or 15 min after the 3rd toke and my eyes are heavy. i do take this out once in a great while for a toke when i'm around a crowd and too much is going on, it slows things down enough to stay engaged with one person for conversation. hope this helps.

I have not smoked on a regular basis for many years. I began getting paranoid and anxious while smoking and gave it up. After the VA stopped prescribing my pain meds I had to look for an alternative for a variety of injuries and sleep issues. Took one small toke and very relaxed body buzz ensued. Don't notice aches and pains, without the hide under the. Ed paranoia that I experienced in the past. Love it
