Found it to work well for my recent bout with depression after only 3 days of use. Helped me sleep but not over sleep. Woke up bright and early feeling well rested with a good attitude and motivated. Add a drop of Blue Dream to the bowl to create a well balanced high with a touch of the munchies. Great for dinner and a movie.
